A message from our Sales Manager Steve Dunne
At CTS Hire we are on full reflection mode at the start of 2021 as we look back to move forward.
I am using the first weeks of the year to connect with our existing customers to find out how their experience of CTS Hire went throughout 2020.
I am a great believer that to move forward you must learn from the past and our existing customers continue to be our top priority. Therefore, throughout January I am contacting each customer individually in order to fully understand their experiences of CTS Hire throughout 2020. There will be no selling involved, I just want to understand how we can improve our offering through 2021 and beyond.
I would love nothing more than to meet in person but sadly the coffee and biscuits will have to wait whilst Microsoft Teams replaces the usual jaunts up and down the UK!
I’m keen to know the good and the bad so, please don’t hold back. I believe it’s how quickly and efficiently problems are rectified that give a true representation of how a company looks after its customers.
