Kier is taking advantage of the new sweeper hire service from Collett Transport Services (CTS) and has taken a brand new VT651 Johnston Sweeper on hire to assist with the improvement and maintenance of highways in Lincolnshire.
Ian Carter, Operations Manager, Kier said: “We were operating some older vehicles and needed a better spec of vehicle. CTS had the right product at the right price and we are impressed with the level of support they provide.”
The new vehicle has the lowest emissions and running costs of any Johnston Sweeper, provides outstanding vacuum performance and is designed to last in the toughest environments. It comes equipped with the CANbus system, which monitors the sweeper’s performance and provides daily checks, and has been fitted with a Sentinel CCTV system.
